The living space is roomy with an eat-in kitchen, a large living room, a sitting room, 3 bedrooms a bathroom, and a laundry area. There is plenty of room for everyone. Outside, you will find a fire-pit area, a large storage shed, a nice-sized lawn, and ample parking all just 100 yards from the lake. The attached open porch is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or grilling a feast. This price includes the 1 share in the Half Moon Beach Association. Dock or moor your motorboat, leave your Kayaks or canoes on the holders at the beach, swim in the designated swimming area, and enjoy our beautiful lake. This camp is coming furnished (dishes and all), so bring your toys, clothes, and a toothbrush. There is plenty of storage inside and out! Enjoy the swaying pine trees, smores at the fire pit, a morning stroll on the beach, a warm lake breeze, or a cool swim with all the comforts of home. There is plenty of overflow parking as well and even a place to leave your boat trailer if needed. Association Dues, maintenance fees, and taxes are $1900 annually. This camp is also connected to the new septic system running throughout the park. A roof was installed over the camp, and it was recently leveled.
